If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. For ongoing monthly services such as SEO or social media management, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle begins. If work has already started or resources have been allocated to your project, partial charges may apply based on the progress made.

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, which require planning, consistent effort, and time to yield results, we do not offer refunds for any completed or ongoing work. This includes cancellations made after significant project milestones, delays caused by external factors such as search engine algorithm changes, or issues arising from the client's end (e.g., website inaccessibility or hosting errors).

However, we understand that exceptions can arise. Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate payments or if a service was not delivered due to a technical error or an internal oversight on our part. All such requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction and will be reviewed carefully.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and issued through the original mode of payment. Please note, we do not provide cash or alternative payment method refunds.

Every project begins with a clear scope of work mutually agreed upon between the client and our team. Once this scope is approved, resources are allocated, and planning begins immediately. We encourage clients to thoroughly review proposals and timelines before approving any project to avoid any confusion regarding cancellation or refunds.

In rare cases where a client is dissatisfied with the progress, we are open to discussions and will make every reasonable effort to revise the strategy or execution plan. However, dissatisfaction alone, without substantial evidence of non-performance or breach, will not qualify for a refund.

We also request clients to be actively involved in the communication and review process. Delayed feedback, missing content, or lack of cooperation may impact timelines and results but will not be considered grounds for a refund.
